What You Can Expect

- Meet on-site and register. Meet the staff at the meeting point (John Wan Beach), fill out the registration form, and get ready.
- Changing clothes. We will wear wetsuits to prevent sunburn, injuries, and to protect your body. We also provide marine boots and life jackets, so those who are not confident in swimming can rest assured. Of course, everything is available for free rental.
- Lecture. We will explain how to put on and use the equipment, how to breathe, and how to kick your legs.
- Enter the water and start. Prepare and practice where you can stand, then start snorkeling! We will guide you while you hold onto a float until you get used to it, so please relax and just float along.
- Sea turtle search. There is a high probability of encountering turtles. Let's look for them together. It would be great if we could capture a shot of you swimming with a turtle.
- Feed the tropical fish. Experience feeding the colorful fish They will come right up to you.
- Commemorative photos. During the tour, our staff will be busy taking photos of you having fun with an underwater camera. We will do our best to take great photos for you to keep as memories. Sometimes we might even ask you to strike a pose! ^ ^
- Return to the parking lot. Thank you for your hard work. Return to the parking lot, transfer the photo data, take a shower, and then we will dismiss. Thank you very much♪

Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour will generally proceed even in the rain. However, in the event of severe weather such as typhoons or poor sea conditions, the snorkeling location may be changed or the tour may be canceled. *Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs to the site in the event of a sudden cancellation.

- Please be sure to call us if booking on the day of the tour. 【Rain or shine】 Generally, the tour can proceed if it is only raining. However, it may be canceled in the event of heavy rain warnings or lightning. If we decide to cancel, no cancellation fee will be charged, so please rest assured.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
