Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be canceled due to weather or other factors. It may also be canceled after arrival at the destination. Please note that in such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation costs or other expenses.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- This tour is available to those who hold a C-card (certification for diving). Due to the risk of decompression sickness, you cannot fly on an airplane on the same day after diving.

Please board the ferry to Uehara departing from Ishigaki Port at 7:00 or 8:00 (ferry times may vary depending on the season).

• 1-minute walk from Uehara Port
• We will pick you up from your accommodation. If you are visiting from Ishigaki Island on a day trip, we will pick you up at Uehara Port.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
