  Participants who require a certificate cannot dive without one, and the cancellation fee will still apply in that case.

Tour cancellation:

• • The dive point may be changed or the tour canceled due to wind, waves, or other special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Rain and similar weather do not affect the tour, so please rest assured.

Notes for joining the course:

• • Guests flying on the day of the tour cannot dive. (Diving after your flight is fine.)
  • Minors joining the tour without an adult must bring a consent form from a parent or guardian.
  • If you are currently being treated for, or seeing a doctor about, an illness or injury, please see a doctor before the tour.
  • Pregnant guests cannot participate.
  • Be sure to complete the "Diver Medical / Participant Checklist (Medical History / Doctor's Certificate)" in the "Required Documents / Application Form" section; if any item applies to you, obtain a doctor's certificate. Participants to whom an item applies cannot dive without a certificate.
  • If you arrive late for the start time, you may not be able to join the tour.
  • If our staff judge on the day that your condition would affect the safe running of the tour, for example because you are unwell or have been drinking alcohol, we will decline your participation.

• Please understand the following when booking:
  In cases such as those below, where our shop judges that the tour cannot be run safely, we may cancel your booking or the tour, even on the day. The cancellation fee will still be charged under the cancellation policy in such cases.
  • You have not read the messages we sent before the tour
  • You have not replied to our questions
  • We have not been able to communicate with you by message
  • You have not read the notes on the plan page
  
  For safety, so that all guests and everyone involved can enjoy diving, and so that our staff can work with pride and enjoyment, we decline participation from anyone who does not agree with our shop's policies. Thank you for your understanding.

• Diver Medical / Participant Checklist (Medical History / Doctor's Certificate)
• Scuba diving requires physical and mental health. Some conditions can create risks when diving; they are listed below. Anyone who has, or is prone to, any of these conditions needs a doctor's evaluation. This "Diver Medical / Participant Checklist" helps determine whether you need a doctor's evaluation. If you have any concern about your fitness to dive that is not on this checklist, consult a doctor before diving. If you feel unwell, do not dive. If you think you may have a contagious illness, protect yourself and others by not taking part in dive training or diving activities. In this checklist, "diving" means both scuba diving and freediving. For your own safety and the safety of others diving with you, please answer every question honestly.
