Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the plan, schedule, or departure may be changed or cancelled depending on sea conditions or bad weather on the day of the trip.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - Please refrain from using this service if you are in poor health, pregnant, or have a pre-existing medical condition. - The service may be suspended due to sudden poor sea conditions or bad weather, but no refunds will be given in such cases. - If you are intoxicated, you will not be allowed to operate the jet ski. - If it is discovered that you are a member of an organized crime group, an affiliate of an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force, you may be refused participation.
Other special notes:
- Please refrain from displaying tattoos or body piercings while in the marina. Please refrain from participating or moving around the island with tattoos or body piercings visible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
