This Tour is a Japanese Tour.


To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we highly recommended that you install a translation app or similar software on your mobile device before joining the tour.


2. Itinerary Flexibility & Alternative Plans



The order of the sightseeing spots is subject to change due to traffic conditions or operational reasons.


Cave Access: If the Narusawa Ice Cave cannot be visited due to extreme traffic congestion, severe weather, or safety maintenance, the tour will visit the Fugaku Wind Cave or another alternative designation instead.


Fruit Ripening Conditions: Fruit growth depends entirely on weather and seasons. If Shine Muscat grapes are not available for picking directly from the vine due to poor crops or weather, previously harvested grapes will be served as all-you-can-eat on plates, or an alternative fruit/gift will be provided. No refunds will be issues in these cases.


3. Cave Exploration & Dress Code


The temperature inside the ice cave is around 3℃(37°F) year-round. We highly recommended bringing a light jacket, sweater, or hoodie, even in the summer.


The cave trails can be wet, slippery, and narrow with low ceilings. For your safety, please wear confortable walking shoes or sneakers. Sandals, high heels, or flip-flops are strictly prohibited.


4. Seafood BBQ Buffet & Dietary Restrictions


Menu examples (oysters, scallops, etc.) may change depending on daily market availability.


Due to the shared nature and self-grilling style of the buffet, special dietary requests (such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, or severe allergies) cannot be accommodated.


5. Punctuality & Bus Seating


Please strictly adhere to the designated departurue times at each stop. To maintain the tour schedule for all guests, the bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.


Solo travelers or odd-numberd groups may be requested to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
