The instructor will provide a comprehensive briefing on paddling techniques and suggest the best routes to take.

Once on the water, you'll have the opportunity to navigate through Stockholm's intricate network of canals. A particularly popular route encompasses the islands of Långholmen and Reimerisholme. Exploring Stockholm from a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) offers a uniquely enjoyable perspective, given that the city is an archipelago.

As you glide along the waterways, you'll catch sight of notable landmarks including the City Hall and sections of the Old Town. This immersive experience allows you to appreciate Stockholm's beauty in a truly memorable way.
