You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum legal occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination for hotel check-in and security deposit purposes, subject to individual hotel policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in is usually after 15:00.
Tour participants must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using City Pass is not permitted. Admission fees and meal costs during the tour are subject to change based on temporary official notices from attractions; prices announced by the attraction on the day will prevail.
To ensure smooth tour operations, the itinerary sequence may be adjusted as necessary without reducing the included items.
During the trip, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly.
In the event of temporary attraction closures or closures during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that this is considered force majeure.
Children under 8 years old must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at US$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. You are responsible for any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
Many attractions require participants to meet basic health conditions. Disabled travelers or those with limited mobility should contact us for relevant policies before booking. We cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating if not notified in advance.
This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify the guide in advance and obtain their consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement. Any unfinished parts of the itinerary will be considered as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be provided.
A transportation surcharge of US$5/person/day applies to bus tour products, to be collected by the tour guide during the trip. Special Notes: 1) No fuel surcharge is collected on the day of airport pickup or drop-off if there is no other bus itinerary. 2) No fuel surcharge is collected on days without bus service, such as when guests take park shuttles to theme parks in Florida, or on train tour days where the entire day involves train travel without guide or bus services.
To ensure a complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The bus will depart without waiting if you are more than 10 minutes late. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee arrival times due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs, such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses, resulting from such delays.
You may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different guide or driver during the trip.
