Fees and On-site Payment Information

The price of this product does not include parking fees, highway tolls, attraction admission tickets, or other on-site expenses incurred during the trip. Please pay these related costs in cash to the driver or the on-site staff on the day.

If a multi-day private tour is arranged and the accommodation is outside Fukuoka city, an additional driver accommodation fee of JPY 8,000 per night is required. Please pay this in cash to the driver on the day.

If the actual number of passengers, amount of luggage, or special luggage exceeds the capacity of the originally booked vehicle type, resulting in the need to change the vehicle or incurring extra costs, the related expenses must be borne by the traveler.

Service hours and pick-up/drop-off area

This package includes 10 hours of daily private tour. Travelers can arrange their own route based on the attractions they wish to visit and the length of their stay. To ensure a smooth trip, it is recommended to plan your itinerary in advance to avoid any disruptions to your subsequent arrangements due to long distances or extended stays.

Private tour services can be arranged between 07:00 and 21:00 (10 hours). Pick-up and drop-off areas generally include hotels, guesthouses, stations, or designated locations within Fukuoka city.

If the departure point is outside of Fukuoka city, or the end point of the trip is not within Fukuoka city, availability will need to be reconfirmed based on the actual route. In such cases, the time the driver spends traveling to and from the garage may be deducted, or additional charges may apply depending on the distance and itinerary.

Contact information after booking

When placing your order, please be sure to fill in a valid LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat account and confirm that you have enabled the "Allow Add Friends" function so that customer service staff can confirm your itinerary details.

After completing your booking, please add the customer service contact information provided by the platform to facilitate subsequent vehicle arrangements, confirmation of departure time, and communication of itinerary details.

Driver information is usually provided one day before departure; please check platform messages or customer service notifications. On the day of departure, please arrive at the designated pick-up location approximately 5 minutes in advance to avoid affecting your trip.

Multi-day private tour and accommodation fee explanation

If you book a chartered private tour for 2 days or more consecutively, and the driver needs to stay overnight outside of Fukuoka city during the trip, you will need to pay a separate accommodation allowance for the driver.

The cost is JPY 8,000 per night.

This fee is not included in the price of the product and must be paid to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

On-site costs

The private tour fee does not include highway tolls, parking fees, temporary parking fees around attractions, and other on-site expenses incurred due to the actual itinerary.

The above-mentioned expenses must be borne by the passenger and paid to the driver in cash on the day of travel.

Passenger count and luggage confirmation

Please fill in the number of passengers, pieces of luggage, and luggage dimensions accurately when making a reservation. Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count.

If customer service confirms that the originally booked vehicle model cannot safely carry passengers or luggage, they will assist you in changing to a more suitable vehicle model, or assist in processing the order according to the actual situation.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage on the day of departure does not match the booking information, resulting in the vehicle being unable to carry passengers safely, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not be able to provide a refund.

Personal belongings reminder

Please keep your passport, wallet, mobile phone, camera, luggage, and other personal belongings safe during the trip. Our company will not be liable for any loss, damage, leaving items in the vehicle, or forgetting to bring them.

Before getting off the bus, please make sure you have all your belongings with you.

On-site fees and surcharge rules

This private tour service is subject to the usage hours, itinerary range, and vehicle type confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional costs incurred due to itinerary adjustments, extended stays, route changes, or other unforeseen circumstances during the trip must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of travel.

Extended vehicle usage time

If the actual service time exceeds the originally scheduled time, an overtime fee will be charged depending on the vehicle model. Service periods less than one hour will still be counted as one hour.

Driving distance limit

Daily itineraries are recommended to be within 300 kilometers, following the principle of convenient and reasonable routes, avoiding significant detours or repeated backtracking.

If the actual distance traveled on a given day exceeds 320 kilometers, an excess mileage fee will be charged for the excess distance.

Excess mileage fee: JPY 200/km

Highway and parking-related fees

Highway tolls, parking fees, temporary parking fees around attractions, and other on-site expenses incurred during the trip are not included in the private tour fee and must be borne by the traveler.

Please pay the relevant fees to the driver in cash on the day of your ride.
