For maximum flexibility, two packages are available: Option 1 is a self-drive experience, perfect for exploring at your own pace, while Option 2 includes a private driver and vehicle at your disposal for 6 hours, with stress-free pick-up and drop-off directly at your hotel in Bologna.

Your journey begins at an exclusive countryside retreat with a relaxing brunch of local cold cuts, cheeses, homemade pastries, wine, and coffee, served on a scenic terrace overlooking the vineyards (weather permitting). Next, visit a historic family-run acetaia producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP. Guided by an expert, walk among antique wooden barrels, discover centuries-old ageing secrets, and sample this famous "black gold" at various ages.

Finally, stop at a boutique winery for a guided tasting of three regional wines expertly paired with an abundant platter of local cured meats, artisan cheeses, and fresh bread. At the end of this gourmet escape, Option 2 guests are driven comfortably back to Bologna by their private chauffeur, while Option 1 guests may continue their journey independently.
