  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Know in advance:Each traveller must present a valid passport or ID document matching the name provided at the time of booking to enter the Accademia Gallery. Failure to present a voucher with all travellers’ full names before arrival may result in denied entry to the attraction

  • On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone

  • Re-entry is not permitted

  • The instructions to download the Accademia Gallery Audio App will be sent via email or WhatsApp 24 hours before your visit to the contact details provided during the booking process. Please download the app and all required content using Wi-Fi before your visit to ensure a smooth experience
