Booking Notes:
- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted on this tour. Pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour.
- Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone is preferred for notifications), and accurate flight or pickup details to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
- Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2-4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card usable at the destination to cover incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to hotel policies. If no personal charges are incurred, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after checkout. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in is usually after 3:00 PM.
- Travelers must purchase admission tickets from the tour guide; you may not bring your own tickets or use a City Pass. Admission fees and meal costs on the tour may change based on official notices from the attractions, and the prices announced on the day will apply.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the itinerary sequence may be adjusted if necessary, without reducing the included items.
- During the actual trip, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence, duration, or meeting time of attractions based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly.
- In the event of temporary closures or holiday closures (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the guide may adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that such changes are considered force majeure.
- Children under 8 years old must use a safety seat. Rental service is available for USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. You are responsible for any fines or violations caused by failure to notify us in advance. If a bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
- Many attractions on this tour require basic physical fitness. Travelers with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us in advance for relevant policy information. If not notified in time, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
- This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion will be considered as your voluntary withdrawal; no refund will be provided.
- A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours and will be collected by the guide during the trip. Special Notes: 1) No fuel surcharge is charged on the day of airport pickup/drop-off if there are no other bus tour arrangements. 2) No fuel surcharge is charged on days without bus service: e.g., Florida products where guests take park shuttles to/from theme parks, or train tours where the entire day is by train without a guide or bus service.
- To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The bus will depart without waiting if you are more than 10 minutes late. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pickup/drop-off points due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any delays or resulting inconveniences, including additional expenses for flights, trains, buses, or other travel costs.
- You may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different guide and driver during the trip.
- The following suggestions will help you check in faster: carry a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
