What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- The participants are aged 0 to 80.
- Passengers under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in the activities alone and must be accompanied by a parent.
- Passengers under the age of 18 who participate in activities alone must provide parental consent.
- The following individuals are ineligible to participate in this event: those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, pregnancy, hangover, those who have consumed alcohol that day, and those with mobility impairments.
- If you are unsure whether you are suitable to participate in the activity, please be sure to ask in advance. If you do not ask in advance and the organizer determines that you are unable to participate on the day, you will not be able to request a refund on this basis.
- If you are unable to participate on the day due to the aforementioned health factors, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- The pick-up and drop-off service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the pick-up and drop-off service is full, we will not be able to meet your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If you require a pick-up and drop-off service, please provide your detailed address in the message box. If no address is provided, the system will automatically arrange for you to meet up.
- Foreign travelers are welcome to participate. Staff will communicate in basic English. If you cannot accept that there will be no Chinese service on the day, please do not make a reservation.
- If stargazing is not possible due to weather or other factors, the trip will be replaced with a jungle adventure. The trip will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.

Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 5 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If you discover on the day of the event that you do not meet the age requirement, you will not be allowed to participate in the event and no refund will be given.
If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, we will notify you in advance via the message board and provide you with a full refund.
There is no space on the shuttle vehicle to store large luggage such as suitcases, so please do not bring suitcases or strollers.
Please take good care of your valuables. We are not responsible for their safekeeping. You will be responsible for any loss.
Please include infants and children in your reservation.
Please use the restroom beforehand, as there will be no restrooms along the way.

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
