What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Pick-up/meeting time will be provided the day before the event.
- Arrive at the meeting point (check-in, pre-event briefing, practice).
- Enjoy the sunset while paddling SUP (approximately one hour).
Purchase Notice
- The participants must be between 3 and 65 years old.
- Passengers under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in the activities alone and must be accompanied by a parent.
- Passengers under the age of 18 who participate in activities alone must provide parental consent.
- Guests with cognitive impairment, physical disabilities, mobility difficulties, pregnant women or suspected pregnant women, those with mental illness, circulatory or respiratory system disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangovers, those taking medication, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event are not permitted to participate in the tour. If discovered by the organizer on the day of the event, no compensation or refund will be provided. Please assess your physical condition before booking. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please inquire before booking. Those who are not informed beforehand and are only notified on the day of the event will not be able to request a refund or compensation on this basis.
- Please be aware that you cannot participate in this event regardless of whether you have had the above-mentioned illnesses in the past, or even if you do not currently require medication.
- If you are unable to participate on the day due to the aforementioned health factors, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- The pick-up and drop-off service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the pick-up and drop-off service is full, we will not be able to meet your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If you require a pick-up and drop-off service, please provide your detailed pick-up and drop-off address in the message box. If no address is provided, the system will automatically arrange for you to meet at the designated location.
- Foreign travelers are welcome to participate. Staff will communicate in basic English. If you cannot accept that there will be no Chinese service on the day, please do not make a reservation.
- Due to weather or sea conditions, the meeting or closing time on the day of the activity may be changed.
- The meeting point may be changed due to wind conditions or direction; detailed information will be provided the day before the event.

Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Free photo service is provided during the event. However, if this service is unavailable due to machine malfunction or other special circumstances, no refund or compensation can be requested on this basis.
If you discover on the day of the event that you do not meet the age requirement, you will not be allowed to participate and will be refunded.
If the activity is cancelled due to bad sea conditions, we will notify you via message and give you a full refund.
Make sure to wear a life jacket during the activity.

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
