Parking fees, highway tolls, and other on-site expenses are to be covered by the passengers and paid to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

For multi-day private day tour arrangements where accommodation is located outside of Fukuoka City, an additional driver accommodation fee of JPY 8,000 per night is required, to be paid to the driver in cash on the day.

1: Usage Time and Service Scope: The daily private day tour service duration is 10 hours. We recommend travelers plan their departure time carefully to fully enjoy the journey. Service hours are 07:00–21:00. Pick-up and drop-off locations are primarily hotels, guesthouses, or designated spots within Fukuoka city; if the itinerary starts or ends outside Fukuoka city, the driver's travel time to/from the garage will be deducted based on the actual situation, or additional fees may be charged.

2: When placing an order, please be sure to provide your LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat contact information and ensure that the 'add friend' function is enabled to facilitate contact with local Japanese customer service and staff. After completing the booking, please proactively add the contact information provided by the platform to arrange the itinerary and vehicle. Driver information will be provided 1 day before departure; please pay attention to relevant notifications. To avoid affecting the itinerary, please arrive at the designated pick-up point 5 minutes early.

3: For continuous private day tour itineraries of 2 days or more, if the accommodation is located outside Fukuoka city, a driver accommodation subsidy of JPY 8,000 per night must be paid separately to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

4: Highway Tolls and Parking Fees: Highway tolls, parking fees, and other on-site expenses incurred during the trip are to be borne by the traveler. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the ride.

5: Please be sure to fill in the number of passengers and luggage accurately. If, after professional assessment, the passengers or luggage exceed the vehicle's capacity, customer service will coordinate with you to change to a suitable vehicle or assist in canceling the order. If the actual number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, resulting in the vehicle being unable to transport safely, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.

Additional Fees

1. Overtime Fees (Paid on-site)

If the actual usage time exceeds the reserved hours, the driver will collect an overtime fee on-site:

5–7 seater: JPY 5,000 per hour
10 seater: JPY 6,000 per hour
14 seater: JPY 10,000 per hour

※ Less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour.

2. Accommodation Fee outside Fukuoka City (Applicable to multi-day private day tours)

If the itinerary requires accommodation outside Fukuoka city, a driver accommodation subsidy must be paid separately:

JPY 8,000 per night

※ Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

3. Excess Mileage Fee

The daily total itinerary is based on within 300 km (the route must be reasonably arranged without significant backtracking).

For parts exceeding 320 km, an additional charge will apply:

JPY 200 per km

4. Highway Tolls and Parking Fees

Highway tolls, parking fees, and other on-site expenses incurred during the trip are to be borne by the traveler.
