What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- The participants must be between 3 and 65 years old.
- Passengers under the age of 18 who participate in activities alone must provide parental consent.
- Passengers under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in the activities alone and must be accompanied by a parent.
- No experience is required; beginners can participate.
- Weight limit: 20-120 kg.
- Guests with cognitive impairment, physical disabilities, mobility difficulties, mental illness, circulatory or respiratory system disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangovers, those taking medication, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event are not permitted to participate in the tour. If this is discovered on the day of the event, no compensation or refund will be provided. Please assess your physical condition before booking. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please inquire before booking. If you are not informed of your condition on the day of the event without prior inquiry, you will not be able to request a refund or compensation.
- Please be aware that you cannot participate in this event regardless of whether you have had the above-mentioned illnesses in the past, or even if you do not currently require medication.
- Pregnant women and those suspected of being pregnant are not allowed to participate.
- If you are unable to participate on the day due to the aforementioned health factors, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- During the event, you may store your personal belongings in the staff's vehicle. (Paid lockers are also available on-site, but they are far from the parking lot, so we recommend leaving your luggage in your rental car or staff vehicle.)
- Sea turtles are wild animals and may not be seen depending on sea conditions on the day; therefore, refunds will not be issued for this reason.
- Foreign travelers are welcome to participate. There will be no Chinese service on the day of the event. Staff will communicate in basic English. For safety reasons, please do not participate if you cannot communicate in Japanese or English.
- Due to weather or sea conditions, the meeting point, start or end time of the day's activities may be changed.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 01:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please do not feed the animals or engage in any activities that damage the ecosystem.
Free photo service is provided during the event. However, if this service is unavailable due to machine malfunction or other special circumstances, no refund or compensation can be requested on this basis.
If you discover on the day of the event that you do not meet the age requirement, you will not be allowed to participate and will be refunded.
If the activity is cancelled due to bad sea conditions, we will notify you in the message box and give you a full refund.
It is recommended that travelers who regularly wear glasses wear disposable contact lenses inside their face shields during the activity.
Life jackets must be worn during the activity, long fins are not allowed, and freediving is strictly prohibited.

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
