Hot air balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions. For passenger safety, we will suspend the flight program in some unsuitable weather conditions (such as strong winds, rain, or fog). You can choose to get a refund or reschedule.
Departure times vary daily; your exact departure time will be determined the day before your trip.
Please note that a minimum of 6 passengers is required for each departure. A full refund is available if the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather or falling below the minimum operating number.
