This recommended course allows you to experience diving even without a license. You can also enjoy snorkeling on white sandy beaches, taking easy commemorative photos with tropical fish! Furthermore, the "Blue Cave," a cave formed by seawater erosion in Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa, is one of Okinawa's most popular diving and snorkeling spots. The light shining into the cave glows blue, creating a very mystical atmosphere. This single package allows you to fully enjoy all that Okinawa's blue ocean has to offer.
What is "Kerama Blue"?
Located about 30km west of Naha on Okinawa Island, and a 30-minute to 1-hour ride by high-speed ferry, the Kerama Islands are surrounded by crystal-clear waters known as "Kerama Blue," showcasing a beauty distinct from that of Okinawa Island. The Kerama Islands are said to consist of approximately 30 islands of varying sizes, but almost all of them are uninhabited, with only five islands being inhabited: Tokashiki Island, Zamami Island, Aka Island, the Geruma Islands, and Maejima Island.
The mysterious cave, "The Blue Grotto"
The Blue Cave is a common name for a sea cave located in Maenada, Onna Village, in the central part of Okinawa Island. Many tourists come from not only within Okinawa Prefecture but also from other prefectures and even from overseas to enjoy diving and snorkeling in the Blue Cave. As a result, it is currently one of the most popular diving and snorkeling spots in the prefecture. The reason it is called the Blue Cave is that sunlight shining in from the entrance of the cave creates a highly transparent and beautiful surface of the seawater.
