1) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.
2) Groups can be formed with 1 or more people, with a maximum of 44 people per group. Groups of 14 or more will be accompanied by a tour guide who speaks fluent Mandarin or Cantonese (the tour guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the language of the tour guide cannot be specified, please refer to the arrangements on the day). Groups of less than 14 people will only have a driver/tour leader accompanying them, who will only be responsible for the itinerary and time management.
*The driver/tour leader speaks Mandarin. You can ask the driver/tour leader for help in case of emergency.
Please note that the areas of responsibility for tour guides and drivers/tour leaders are different.
※Outdoor activities involve risks. It is recommended that you purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your own needs.
3) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance. 9) The tour fee includes admission tickets to each attraction. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.
10) Each customer on a one-day tour will be given a bottle of drinking water.
11) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or unable to be visited due to other factors on the day of your visit, an alternative lunch will be arranged.
12) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!
13) Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. We regret that we cannot accommodate all requests.
