Due to limited room availability at the resort during winter, please make sure to book at least 5 days in advance.
Ski resort regulations stipulate that no one may enter the ski area without wearing ski equipment to prevent accidents.
Each participant will receive a free hand warmer, a simple breakfast (bread/rice ball, type not selectable), a bottle of distilled water, and an admission ticket to the resort's sauna (except for children under 5 years old).
Return transportation will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day. If the number of participants is less than 10, a HIGH ONE shuttle bus will be arranged to take you back to Seoul, with drop-off points at Sinchon and Myeongdong.
The amount of snowfall is a natural factor and cannot be controlled by humans. Please understand.
The resort rooms are equipped with soap, towels and hair dryers, but in accordance with the South Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel does not provide toiletries. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, etc.
The sauna admission ticket is included in the room rate. No refunds will be given if the sauna is not used due to personal reasons. Please note.
If the meeting time is adjusted, travelers will be notified via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp 1–2 days prior to departure. Please pay attention to the message and reply promptly. If the meeting time remains unchanged, travelers should arrive at the meeting point on time as shown in the itinerary. No further notice will be given before departure.
To ensure fairness and protect the rights of all passengers, the shuttle bus will depart on time without individual contact or waiting for passengers before departure. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
