Discover Prague Castle with a German-speaking guide and explore its most beautiful courtyards and vantage points – without wasting time in long lines for the interiors, which require a fee. At the end of the guided tour, you will visit the Golden Lane with our guide, which is already accessible free of charge at this time.

This tour is ideal for those who already know Prague Old Town and the Jewish Quarter and now want to discover Prague Castle.

Your walking tour starts at Křižovnické náměstí under the statue of Charles IV. From there, you will cross the Charles Bridge in the direction of Malá Strana and continue to the tram stop "Malostranské náměstí". You can take the tram (ticket included) comfortably up to the castle – without any tiring climbing of stairs.

Once at the top, you will explore the Royal Garden, walk to the Presidential Residence and to Hradčanské náměstí with a view of the German Embassy. You will see the exterior of St. Vitus Cathedral, cross the courtyards of the castle, and reach the famous Golden Lane. The tour ends here – just when the entrance fee is free from 5 PM, so you can continue exploring on your own afterwards.

The tour does not include the interior of the castle, such as St. Vitus Cathedral or the Palace, but focuses on the most beautiful outdoor areas.
