If you are not present at the designated meeting time, the bus will depart without waiting. For same-day cancellations or if you will be late for the meeting time, please contact the emergency contact number listed on your booking confirmation.

For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait at the designated meeting point for up to two hours after your flight arrives. If it takes longer than that, an additional charge of 1,000 baht will apply. Please pay this amount directly to the driver.

If you do not arrive at the meeting place more than two hours after your flight's arrival time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Please note that due to traffic conditions and other circumstances, the tour end time may be significantly delayed, but we will not provide any additional expenses for food, transportation, or accommodation. Also, please be aware that the schedule, order of visits, and duration of stay at each sightseeing location may change due to traffic conditions and other circumstances. No refunds or discounts will be given in the event of changes.

We recommend that you avoid wearing revealing clothing such as trousers, skirts, sleeveless tops, sandals, or jeans with holes or rips. You will be required to wear a sarong (for a fee) at the reception. Please pay attention to your attire on the day of the event.

At Wat Phuttha Phrom Mayan, you will be required to remove your shoes upon entry. Wearing socks is mandatory. If you do not have socks with you, you can purchase them on-site for 10 baht per pair.
