【Child Seat and Luggage Policy】

・This service uses legally operated vehicles, and child seats are not mandatory under Japanese law. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge if needed;

・A fee of JPY 2,500 will be charged for each additional seat from the second one onwards; please note this in your order in advance. Please be aware that a child seat takes up about 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space.

・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

・If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

【Vehicle Arrangements and Service Range】

・Vehicles may be replaced with a vehicle of the same class depending on daily availability; specific models cannot be requested.

・If you wish to customize your route, please provide your itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation.

・Itinerary Range: This service is a round-trip chartered tour from Osaka to a single region, with a total driving distance limited to 300 km. 

　Cross-regional itineraries (e.g., Nara + Kyoto, Nara + Uji, Arima + Kobe, etc.) will incur an additional cross-regional service fee. 

　If the total driving distance exceeds 300 km, an excess mileage fee of JPY 400 per kilometer will be charged for the additional distance.

・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Osaka city; locations outside this area will incur an additional empty-run fee (JPY 5,000–20,000).

・Kansai International Airport is not included in the pick-up/drop-off service range; a one-way surcharge (JPY 10,000) will apply if requested.

【Chartered Service Hours】

・Standard service duration: 10 hours; overtime fees apply if exceeded.

・For pick-up and drop-off in different locations (e.g., Kyoto/Nara), the service duration is 8 hours; for other regions, time must be reserved for the vehicle to return empty.

・The service hours are between 7:00 and 21:00; please note in your order for customer service confirmation if you need service outside these hours.

【Other Reminders】

・The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers.

・If you need to request an English-speaking driver, please note it in your order for customer service confirmation; a surcharge of JPY 5,000 will apply if available.

・The driver's contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the service); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.

・Communication Reminder: In some regions, LINE IDs cannot be added to each other; we recommend using WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for contact.
