Questions regarding reservations:

  • Question 1: Please let us know if you require transportation. We can provide transportation to our shop from various stations (Shinkansen Gifu-Hashima Station, conventional line Ogaki Station) and nearby hotels (to be discussed).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • If the event is canceled due to severe weather such as a storm, we will contact you by the evening of the day before.

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 12 to 75 years old

  • Clothing and belongings: Sports sandals, athletic shoes, hat, clothes that can get dirty, and clothes that cover most of your skin.

  • Rental equipment includes: a complete mountain bike set (Japanese-made mountain bike designed to fit Japanese body types, helmet, gloves, clothing, and walkie-talkie).

  • Minimum number of participants: 1

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
