    • Enjoy a high-quality, small-group (2-6 people) Kimono Experience at the Furukawa Art Museum in Nagoya. We will dress you beautifully using authentic kimono knowledge and top-tier dressing techniques, with coordination suggestions provided by a Japanese professional. Enjoy strolling through the garden and museum in your kimono, followed by a tea service (matcha and seasonal wagashi sweets). On rainy days, the moss and greenery in the garden become even more vibrant, offering a charming and serene atmosphere. After dressing, our kimono dresser will assist you in taking photos at 3 recommended spots using your own smartphone (*this is not a professional photoshoot). Since you will be entering a tea room, wearing tabi socks is required; we will provide a pair of tabi socks as a gift on the day. Duration is approximately 120 minutes (from dressing to changing back into your own clothes). You are welcome to stay in the museum after changing.     • In the event of a storm warning, heavy snowfall, or other circumstances that make it difficult to ensure safety, or if the facility is closed, the event will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

    • - If you are late, you may not be able to participate. - Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. - Tea service cannot be reserved, so the order of service and photography may be adjusted during busy times. - Bare feet are strictly prohibited inside the building to protect cultural properties.

    * For those arriving by car: Parking available for 6 cars; large buses: not permitted. * For those arriving by train: Approximately 3 minutes on foot from Ikeshita Station on the Higashiyama Subway Line / Approximately 17 minutes from Nagoya Station.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
