- If we determine that it is difficult to use the sauna due to equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, we will suspend your use or cancel your reservation. In this case, you will receive a full refund in the manner specified by our company. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any suspension of use or cancellation of reservations due to reasons other than the refund of the usage fee.

- ・Even if you are late, your departure time cannot be changed. ・Smoking is prohibited inside the store ・Shoes are not allowed inside the private rooms ・Photography is not allowed inside the store ・Food and drinks are not allowed to be brought in ・Rental beauty equipment, care products, and other equipment are not allowed to be taken out or taken home ・If you do not leave after the allotted time or in the event of an emergency, we may enter your room.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
