【Pick-up and Drop-off Area】

- Any designated location within the 23 Wards of Tokyo -

※ The default pick-up and drop-off locations are within Tokyo city. If your pick-up or drop-off location is outside the Tokyo city area, the total service time will be reduced accordingly;

If either the pick-up or drop-off location is outside Tokyo city, the service time will be 9 hours. If both locations are outside the area, the service time will be 8 hours. Please consult customer service for specific details.

Pick-up location changes can be made free of charge up to 2 days in advance. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

Service Hours: 6:00 - 22:00

For bookings before 6:00 or after 22:00, a late-night service fee will apply.

The 10-hour duration begins at the time specified by the guest. If the guest is late, the driver will wait until the end of the service period, and the delay time will be included in the total service time. No refunds will be provided if the guest fails to show up.

If a guest's delay makes it impossible to complete the itinerary, they may discuss shortening the itinerary or extending the service duration with the driver. If the latter is chosen, overtime fees will apply.

Night service fee

If you book before 6:00 or after 22:00, an additional night service fee of 1000 yen per hour will be charged.

Child car seat

One child seat can be provided free of charge. If two or more are needed, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each additional child seat.

Overtime fee

The private charter car period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the drop-off point.
If the rental period exceeds the scheduled duration, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. Even if overtime is caused by traffic jams or other unforeseen circumstances, the fee will still be 5,000 yen per hour.

Cost of climbing to the 5th station

If the private charter car tour to Mount Fuji involves driving to the 5th station, the resulting uphill costs will be borne by the guests themselves.

Reminders

  • You can change your pick-up location free of charge up to two days in advance; requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

  • If you are unable to travel due to uncontrollable circumstances, please provide relevant proof and consult customer service 24 hours before the booking time. We will consider canceling the trip without penalty, providing a partial refund, or trying our best to reschedule it for you. We will also inform you of any additional costs incurred due to the changes.

  • Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If cleaning is required, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you.

  • If you experience motion sickness, please let us know in advance. The driver will provide you with trash bags; please do not vomit on the bus. We reserve the right to claim compensation from you for any cleaning costs incurred.

  • Driver service language: Chinese/Japanese. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.
