Product Info
This service mainly runs between Tokyo's 23 wards, Narita Airport or Haneda Airport and Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea or hotels near Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
If your pick-up or drop-off point is in Suginami, Itabashi, Nerima, Nakano, Setagaya, Adachi or Kita Ward, please pay an extra ¥2,000 in cash directly to the driver.
It is a convenient door-to-door service: no transfers and no carrying your luggage from your departure point.
- Free waiting time: 20 minutes
- After the 20 minutes of free waiting time, ¥2,000 is charged for every 30 minutes.
- If the driver cannot reach you after the free waiting time and it is judged that you are unlikely to board, the driver may leave without waiting. No refund is given in this case. Thank you for your understanding.
- Rides between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am incur a separate late-night surcharge of ¥2,000, payable in cash directly to the driver.

This plan is one-way only. If you need a round trip, please book the round-trip plan.
Customers requiring a child car seat should make a reservation in advance. (Please also let us know the number of seats needed and the appropriate size, along with your child's age.)
Please provide the lead traveler's name, phone number, email address, the ID of a messaging app you can use in Japan (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, etc.), the number of passengers and the number of bags. The assigned driver will contact you by the day before departure to reconfirm how to reach you, the pick-up point and the time.
A separate late-night surcharge of ¥2,000 applies to rides between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.
