  • This tour is only open to foreign nationals; South Korean nationals are not eligible to register.
  • The itinerary time is for reference only. The actual arrangements will depend on the traffic, weather and the tour guide's on-site arrangements.
  • If the booking only includes ski resort pick-up and drop-off (excluding attraction tours), the tour guide will not accompany the traveler into the ski resort or attractions.
  • This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation one day prior to departure, and a full refund will be provided.
  • Children aged 3 years and older (36 months and above) must occupy a spot, and the cost is the same as for adults. If a participant is unable to ski due to incompatible ski equipment sizes caused by factors such as height or body type, no refund or compensation will be provided. Please confirm the participant's height and body type before booking to ensure they meet the ski equipment usage requirements.
  • Travelers who have registered for a basic skiing course and choose not to attend on the day of the course will be deemed to have forfeited their course rights, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
  • If your trip is changed or cancelled due to traffic conditions, weather, or other force majeure events, please contact customer service and we will assist you with the follow-up.
  • Please provide a contactable means of communication (such as mobile phone number, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, etc.) when making a reservation so that we can contact you and notify you of relevant information before your trip.
