Regarding the cancellation of the event:

Important notes regarding course participation:
- No refunds will be given for cancellations (course changes) or if you withdraw midway through the activity on the day of the activity. The activity will be held even in rainy weather, and no change will be given for coupons. Unless you receive a cancellation notice from our shop, the activity is generally scheduled to be held, but please understand that it may be suddenly interrupted or canceled for safety reasons due to strong winds or severe weather on the day of the activity. *Our staff do not take photos during the activity.

- Admission fee is separate. Per person, per day: Adults 900 yen / Children up to elementary school age 300 yen (500 yen for accompanying adults only, infants free). *Participants and visitors are required to pay separately. Please pay on-site (reception) on the day of your visit. *Even with online payment, the fee is required on the day of your visit. ≪Breakdown≫ Admission fee, lockers (changing rooms), showers, toilets, water, rest area, parking Other rentals are available for an additional fee (see below).

Clothing and belongings: Please be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel, and beach sandals. *Please wear a swimsuit or clothing that will not become heavy when wet. (Common caution: Tracksuits and denim absorb a lot of water and become heavy, preventing you from floating.) *Please come in your regular clothes; you can change into your swimsuit in the changing room.
Regarding rental equipment: Only life jackets and helmets are included in the rental during the experience. *Rental equipment is free during the experience. Please return it promptly after the experience ends. If equipment is not returned after the experience ends, a separate rental fee will be automatically charged per item. (If you have other activity reservations, please return the equipment once.) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
