- 16:00Tesla rental car reception. Please check in at the Tesla Rental Car COCONEXT office, a 3-minute walk from Gifu-Hashima Station. Reception hours are from 16:00 to 21:00.
- 16:30Check in to Kominka COCONE. Please enjoy a relaxing stay.
- 08:00Drive with your Tesla rental car. Day trips are possible to Kyoto, Osaka, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Tsumago-juku on the old Nakasendo trail, Sekigahara, Legoland, Ghibli Park, and more.
- 11:00Check-out & Tesla rental car return. Please return the vehicle by 11:00. Late fees will apply if returned late.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, accommodation and Tesla rental cars may become unavailable, and no compensation other than a refund will be provided.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- We will take copies of all drivers' licenses. If you do not purchase the optional full support fee, we will record your credit card number for the deposit.
Other important points:
- If a traffic accident occurs, please contact the police and your insurance company yourself and take appropriate action.
remarks:
- If you have a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Slovenia, or Monaco, you do not need to obtain an international driver's license; simply present your license, a Japanese translation, and your passport at the rental car shop counter. Translations can be issued by JAF offices throughout Japan and at embassies and consulates in each country.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
