－ Private Charter Service Introduction －

1. Duration: 10 hours; 8 hours if starting or ending in a different region (different region refers to areas outside Tokyo city center)

2. Driver Language: Chinese

3. Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed-upon time. Please plan your schedule accordingly!

4. Departure/End Location: Generally, the meeting point is at your hotel or guesthouse in Tokyo city center. You may also specify other pickup or drop-off locations upon request (pickups/drop-offs in other areas may involve additional fees; please refer to the notification from customer service).

5. Service Hours: 07:00 - 22:00

6. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic spots.

7. Surcharges will apply for overtime usage caused by traffic congestion, regardless of whether it is due to natural causes or traffic regulations.

8. Customized Itinerary: The route must be logical and efficient, avoiding backtracking.

9. For passengers departing from or ending at Narita Airport, a price difference of 8,000 JPY must be paid to the driver in cash on the day.

3. Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed-upon time. Please plan your schedule accordingly! (For airport pickups, it is recommended to book based on the flight landing time to prevent risks from flight delays. The driver will monitor flight status in real-time to adjust the time and will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time based on the actual flight landing time.)

4. Departure/End Location: Generally, the meeting point is at the airport/hotel/guesthouse. You may also specify other pickup or drop-off locations upon request.

5. Service Hours: 07:00 - 22:00

6. Note: For airport pickups, please include your flight number after the pickup address (Narita/Haneda Airport), e.g., Narita/Haneda Airport (JX110).

- Important Information for Purchasing a Private charter car Day Tour -

• Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp number when ordering (after leaving your LINE ID, please enable the "add friend" function so that our local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).

• If the actual usage time exceeds the service time, the fee is ¥5,000 per hour for 7-seater vehicles and ¥8,000 per hour for 10-seater and 14-seater vehicles. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of getting off the vehicle at the end of the trip.

• A late-night private charter car(22:00 - 7:00) will incur an additional charge of 2500 yen per 30 minutes. Please pay the driver before boarding. The time will be based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of disembarkation at the end of the trip.

• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.

• Passengers who need to stay in a city other than Osaka/Kyoto and request that the driver not be changed will need to pay an additional 10,000 yen/day for the driver's accommodation.


- Airport Pickup/Drop-off/One-Way Purchase Information -

• A late-night private charter car(22:00 - 7:00) will incur an additional charge of 2500 yen per 30 minutes, with the time based on the booked pick-up time and the end time of the trip.

• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.

• Free waiting time for airport pickup: If the plane arrives at the scheduled flight time, the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge. Waiting times exceeding 90 minutes will incur a waiting fee of 5,000 yen per hour.

• Free waiting time for airport drop-off: 30 minutes. Waiting beyond this time will incur an additional charge of 5000 yen per hour.

• Free waiting time for one trip: 30 minutes. Waiting beyond this time will incur an additional charge of 5000 yen per hour.

• Note: Passengers picking up passengers should add their flight number after Narita/Haneda Airport when filling in the pick-up address, for example: Narita/Haneda Airport (JX110).

Reminders

  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as flight cancellations or severe weather (travel restrictions issued by the transportation bureau), please contact customer service and provide relevant documentation. We will then process a full refund for you.

  • If you require a child safety seat or booster seat, please make a note or consult customer service in advance so that we can provide it. We regret that we cannot provide additional items on the day of your visit.

  • The day before departure, after-sales customer service will send driver and vehicle information to the customer in the established after-sales group. The driver will wait for the customer at the designated pick-up location at the specified time.

  • Please try not to eat inside the vehicle during your journey. If you must eat, please do not eat any food scraps and take your trash off the vehicle. If you accidentally cause pollution inside the vehicle, you will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.

  • Passengers prone to motion sickness should prepare motion sickness medication or vomit bags in advance. If the vehicle interior is accidentally contaminated, the passenger will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.

  • If you are unsure how to use the vehicle's features, such as the power doors, you can ask the driver in advance to avoid any potential loss.

  • If you are stopped at a location where Japanese traffic regulations prohibit parking, please cooperate with the driver and park in a suitable nearby location.

  • Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.

  • Once ordered, the pick-up location and time cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please apply for cancellation within the free cancellation period and then reorder.

  • This product does not offer pet-friendly services.
