- Looking for a fun activity this season? How about a pottery experience? We offer an electric pottery wheel experience where you can create your own works of art and feel like a real potter. The electric pottery wheel is available for children as young as 4 years old. Pottery is perfect for learning new skills, fostering imagination and the joy of creation! Try eating your meals in the dishes you made yourself♪ Even if you've never used an electric pottery wheel before, our instructors will provide full support, and you can usually make 2-4 pieces in a one-hour experience. You can choose to have only the pieces you want fired from those you've made. You can make stylish teacups, rice bowls, sake bottles, beer mugs, donburi bowls, flower pots, sake pitchers, small plates, medium bowls, and more! *We offer two plans: one where we handle the trimming and coloring (free), and another where you can experience these processes yourself at a later date (paid). Same-day reservations are also possible! • Pottery classes are available in English on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. • If you wish to experience the program in English, please be sure to request this at the time of application. • Updated Shipping Notice – Brazil Due to postal strikes in Brazil, sending your class-made pieces to these countries has become challenging. Regarding Cancellations:
- The experience may be cancelled due to equipment malfunction or failure. In the event of cancellation, we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs incurred to reach the location. Thank you for your understanding.
Notes for Participation:
- * Additional firing fees apply. (Teacup approx. 1,000 JPY, Rice bowl approx. 1,500–2,500 JPY) * Finished works can be picked up at the store after firing or shipped. For shipping, please pay the delivery fee on the day of the experience. * If you wish to extend your time, an additional extension fee of 1,700 JPY will be charged. * A discount is applied for experiences with 2 or more family members. * An accompanying fee of 1,700 JPY/person is charged for those accompanying participants on weekends and holidays.

Includes/Excludes
- Experience fee, material costs *You can make as many items as you like within an hour using an electric potter's wheel. (Examples of items you can make) Cups, small plates, tea bowls, etc.
- *A separate firing fee applies. Length x width x height x 1.5 yen (teacup: approximately 1,000 yen, rice bowl: approximately 1,500 yen). *You can either hand your piece over to the store after it's finished firing, or have it shipped. If you choose to have it shipped, please pay the shipping fee on the day of the experience. *It usually takes about four weeks to complete.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time of your experience, or by the start time itself.
All of our experiences are conducted simultaneously with other customers.
* If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time of your experience, it will be considered a no-show, and the full cancellation fee will be charged.
* If you are late for your experience, we will not be able to extend the experience time.
* If you are late for your experience, we will not be able to provide the usual explanations regarding fees and how to use the electric pottery wheel that are given before the start of the experience.
If you anticipate being late, please consider changing your experience time and date, and be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
