- This plan is for foreign guests who are not fluent in Japanese. An English-speaking guide will accompany you. The Kinugawa Onsen rafting tour is an exhilarating experience in the natural beauty of Nikko and the Kinugawa River. It's easily accessible from the Tokyo metropolitan area. Working together with your friends and getting splashed along the Kinugawa River is a fantastic experience! At gentler points, you can enjoy the scenery of the Kinugawa River at your leisure, or get off the boat and float down the river. You can also enjoy the fresh greenery and autumn leaves from the river. The fun of Kinugawa rafting is not only the exhilaration of rafting, but also the opportunity to fully enjoy nature. Anyone from 7 to 80 years old can enjoy this tour with peace of mind.

- This plan is for foreign visitors. You can choose the start time between 9:30 or 13:30, and the tour will last for 3 hours. There is a free shuttle service within Kinugawa Onsen. Free hot showers are available.

What You Can Expect
Duration: 3 hour(s)
1 Day
- 09:30Reception. After checking in, you will change your clothes. Changing rooms are available.
- 10:00Land training. We will teach you how to hold the paddle, so beginners are more than welcome.
- 10:15Start. The fun tour begins.
- 10:15Starting rapids.
- 00:00Camel Rapids. A series of moderate rapids.
- 00:00Splash. Enjoy this when the water level is high.
- 00:00River play in the gentle current.
- 00:00River floating experience. Experience floating with a life jacket. It is a mysterious sensation.
- 00:00Cliff jumping challenge. This is optional, so please rest assured that it is not mandatory.
- 00:00Cliff jumping challenge for elementary school students. This is optional, so please rest assured that it is not mandatory.
- 00:00Zange Falls. We will approach the waterfall depending on field conditions.
- 12:00Goal. Take a commemorative photo before returning to the office.
- 12:30Dismissal. Free hot showers are available. You will be dismissed after changing.

- Question 3: If you are coming by train, please let us know your pick-up and drop-off locations. We can pick you up or drop you off at either location within Kinugawa Onsen.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The event will be held even in the rain. Even in heavy rain, it will proceed as long as the river water level remains within safety standards. If the water level on the regular course is high, we will guide you on the downstream course, which is only accessible when the water level is high. Safety management remains unchanged, so even beginners can participate with peace of mind. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact the person making the reservation by 8:00 PM the day before the event. If we do not receive a notification, the event will generally proceed as planned. However, in rare cases, we may be forced to cancel the event at the last minute due to unsafe conditions such as a weather disaster warning. Please note that in the event of a last-minute cancellation, participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the site. In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule the event or refund the full participation fee already paid.

What to wear and bring: Please bring the following items. *We have a wide variety of rental items available for an additional fee, so you can come empty-handed. ・Shorts ・T-shirt ・Towel ・Sports sandals ・Drinks
Regarding rental equipment: *On hot days, we will not be providing free cold weather rental clothing to prevent heatstroke. We will be covering the tour in light clothing such as T-shirts and shorts. *On cold or rainy days, we will provide cold weather wetsuits, paddling jackets, and paddling pants.
Time required: It will take about 3 hours from check-in to dismissal.

Take the Tohoku Expressway from Utsunomiya IC to the Nikko-Utsunomiya Expressway and exit at Imaichi IC.
Drive toward Kinugawa Onsen for approximately 15 minutes.
Take the Tohoku Expressway from Urawa IC to Imaichi IC for approximately 90 minutes (approximately 118 km).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
