- Go river rafting using inflatable kayaks, also known as duckies! Paddle your own kayak down the Toki River, which flows through Ranzan Town and Higashimatsuyama City in Saitama Prefecture! Enjoy the scenery, spot aquatic life, and fully immerse yourself in nature! These kayaks are propelled using a tool called a 'paddle' with blades on both ends. The hull is inflated with air, offering excellent maneuverability and portability. Once deflated, it becomes smaller than a tent, making it compact enough to easily fit in a standard passenger car. Of course, the hull, which serves as the buoyancy chamber, features a multi-chamber structure; even if one chamber loses buoyancy, the others provide backup, so you can enjoy your ride with peace of mind. An experienced instructor will accompany the tour, and since the river is gentle enough for beginners to navigate, it is highly recommended for families and couples trying kayaking for the first time. It is safe and secure! We will teach you everything from how to hold the paddle to how to row and board. We dedicate plenty of time to practice at the beginning, so you won't be thrown straight into the river. Once you get used to maneuvering the kayak, the river rafting begins!! Enjoy a meal with everyone in a nostalgic atmosphere, or choose from a wide variety of sodas and traditional snacks. You can experience the Showa era! The hot spring is one of the few alkaline simple springs in the country, boasting a pH value of 10. It is renowned for making your skin feel smooth the moment you step into the tub! After enjoying yourself to the fullest with kayaking, soak in the hot spring to soothe your fatigue, and then enjoy a delicious beer!! For customers who request transportation, we will of course pick you up at the nearest station. After the tour, we will also take you to Tamagawa Onsen. Since transportation from Tamagawa Onsen to the nearest station is limited, if you decide on your bathing time, we will pick you up at that time and provide a shuttle to the nearest station! sherpa has excellent access!! It is 1.5 hours from Ikebukuro via the Tobu Tojo Line, and about 20 minutes from the Higashimatsuyama I.C. on the Kan-Etsu Expressway! What You Can Expect

- 09:30Meeting and Reception. Meet at the sherpa base for check-in.
- 10:00Changing clothes and moving to the start point. Change into your gear in a pop-up tent, then head to the starting point.
- 10:20Tour begins! After safety instructions and a lecture on how to paddle, the tour starts! Let's have a great time!
- 11:25Goal! After playing a lot, we have safely reached the goal! We will return to the sherpa base.
- 12:00Changing clothes and dismissal. Return to sherpa to change clothes and receive your tour photos! The tour ends after the photo distribution.
- 12:20Go to Tamagawa Onsen! It is about a 5-minute drive from sherpa to Tamagawa Onsen. Refresh yourself by taking a bath! You can also have a meal inside the facility!

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will be cancelled if severe weather is expected, such as when a typhoon is approaching. The tour will also be cancelled if the river water level exceeds the water level specified by our company.

- Late arrivals and delays may result in you not being able to participate. Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have their consent before participating.

- Please refrain from participating if you have been drinking alcohol or are pregnant. Also, if you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please refrain from participating.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
