- The pass provides unlimited rides on Azuma Bus and Karry Kanko Bus in Ishigaki Island, as well as Iriomotejima Kotsu buses in Iriomote Island, for up to 54 hours.

- Each code can be redeemed for one ticket.
- No cancellations or refunds will be offered after purchase.
- Unable to book bus/ferry services.
- If the bus/boat is full, you may not be able to board the designated bus/boat.
- Please present the correct ticket that matches the actual vehicle/ferry operator and the area you are using when boarding.
- Please be sure to read the precautions for each ticket before use.
- When using the tickets, please inform the flight attendant/staff of the number of passengers.
Reminders
Before using this service, you need to install the Jorudan "Transfer Planner" App and register an account (JID) to use Jorudan services.
A user cannot hold or use multiple tickets.
If a group representative purchases tickets for multiple people at once, please send the group codes to each member separately, and each member should redeem and use the tickets on their own smartphone.
How to Use
- Please redeem the received code for a ticket on the " Ishigaki/Iriomote Tour Pass " page of the Jorudan "Transfer Guide" App.
- After redeeming the ticket, simply press the "Use Ticket" button to activate it. The ticket is valid for a maximum of 54 hours.
- Azuma Bus (Ishigaki Island East Bus)
• When boarding and alighting, please present your "【Ishigaki Island East Bus (Azuma Bus)】Round Trip Pass" and show the screen to the driver for confirmation.
• Can be used on all routes of the Ishigaki Island East Bus (Azuma Bus). - Karry Kanko Bus
• When boarding, please present your "Karry Kanko Bus Ticket" and show the screen to the driver for confirmation.
• Only applicable to buses operated by Karry Kanko between Ishigaki Airport and the outlying island pier of Ishigaki Port. - Transportation to Iriomote Island (Iriotejima Kotsu)
• When you get off the bus, please show your “Iriotejima Kotsu” travel pass to the driver and show him the screen for confirmation.
• This ticket is valid for a maximum of 48 hours from the time it is first displayed.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
