Questions at the time of booking:
- Question 1: We need to prepare diving equipment, so please provide the height, weight, and shoe size for all participants.
Regarding Cancellation of Operations:
- If there is danger due to bad weather or ocean conditions on the day, the spot may be changed or the tour may be cancelled. We will consult with you by phone on the previous day or the morning of the day.
Notes for Course Participation:
- If you are currently receiving medical treatment or have a history of illness, a medical certificate from a doctor may be required. Pregnant women cannot participate in the tour. Those with epilepsy or respiratory problems/diseases cannot participate. Participation while sleep-deprived, hungover, or under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Please do not push yourself if you are not feeling well. ※ Those who are scheduled to board an airplane on the same day after the course experience cannot participate. ※ If your late arrival affects the departure, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ※ Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late, as we may be able to adjust the time.
Other Important Notes:
- ※ You cannot board an airplane on the same day after participating in the course. For those who have flight plans, please understand that due to safety regulations, we may change the introductory diving course to a snorkeling course or decline your participation to avoid the risk of 'decompression sickness'. In that case, please note that we cannot provide a refund.

- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
