- Depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, the venue may be changed or the service may not be available.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Please be punctual and arrive at the beach 15 minutes early. ・If you are driving, we will need to check your driver's license. ・Depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, we may change the location or be unable to provide the service. ・Those in poor health or who are pregnant may be refused participation. ・Rentals will not be accepted if you have been drinking. ・Insurance and fuel fees will be charged separately.
Other important points to note:
- ・If you extend your rental on the day, the following fees will be charged. (Extension fee: 8,000 yen per hour, gasoline fee: 3,000 yen per hour) *Please note that you may not be able to use the parking lot on the day if it is fully booked.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
