Once the QR code has been scanned to download the order, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Each QR code can be scanned once. The same device can re-scan it, but once bound, it cannot be transferred to another device or deleted.

How to Use
After placing your order, you will receive an email titled 'Your eSIM is ready' with the latest installation time and instructions.
How to install:
iOS: Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan > Scan QR code > Add Cellular Plan
Android: Settings > Network & Internet (Connections) > SIM Manager > Add SIM (Add Cellular Plan) > Scan QR code
Activation steps:
1. Upon arrival at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and enable only the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the APN for the eSIM (usually identified automatically; if not, manual configuration is required).
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
