Arrival Fast-Track Meeting: After landing, look for our staff holding a meeting board with your English name in front of immigration. The average procedure time is approximately 5 to 15 minutes.

Departure Fast-Track Meeting: Meet our staff holding a picket board in front of ENTRANCE A. Unless requested otherwise, the default meeting time is 2 hours before departure. If you wish to meet at a different time, please request in advance. Even if you arrive early and complete check-in on your own, you must wait until the scheduled meeting time. Proceeding through departure immigration independently without waiting will be classified as a No-show and is non-refundable.

Exact English names as shown on your passport are required at booking. Incorrect names may result in having to use standard immigration lines.

Fast-Track accelerates immigration processing and does not affect baggage claim speeds.

Minor delays may occur if the dedicated line is being used by flight crews or other priority travelers.

Refunds are not available even if the standard line moves faster than the fast-track lane in rare instances.

In case of flight delays, staff will adjust and wait at the meeting point based on the updated arrival time.

If the service is suspended due to airport safety or security reasons, a 100% refund will be provided under the direction of local staff.
