- No-shows or failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time will be considered a breach of contract, and no fees will be refunded.
- In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or unexpected road conditions or severe traffic congestion that prevents the premium vehicle from arriving, the service will be suspended for safety reasons. The applicant can reschedule the same service for free.
- Customers are liable for the cost of repair, restoration, or replacement if any equipment, appliances, devices, or other property in the vehicle are damaged or destroyed due to customer negligence (excluding normal wear and tear).
- Please keep your personal belongings safe. KKday and the supplier are not responsible for any damage or theft occurring before, during, or after the ride.
