Private charter car booking time limit
- Private charter car service: Please complete the reservation at least 24 hours before use.
- If the order is not completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice, please note.
🏨 Please provide complete information: When placing an order, please accurately fill in the departure address, departure time, number of travelers, and provide an instant contact method (mobile phone number, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat or KakaoTalk ID) so that customer service or the driver can contact you at least one day before departure.
🧳 Passengers and luggage must be declared truthfully Please choose the appropriate vehicle type and accurately inform the actual number of passengers, the number/size of luggage, whether a sign is required for airport pick-up or a child safety seat.
- The driver will arrange the vehicle according to the legal and actual capacity of the selected vehicle type and the luggage capacity. If the number of people or luggage on site exceeds the vehicle type's carrying capacity, the driver has the right to refuse overloading and ask the passenger to call another vehicle on their own. The relevant costs shall be borne by the passenger, and the original order fee will not be refunded.
👶 Child riding regulations (subject to local regulations) Children under 5 years old must use car safety seats. Please indicate the required number when placing an order (up to two are provided). Failure to inform in advance may affect travel arrangements.

Overtime fees after the private charter car service period
Overtime Fees After Charter Service Hours
If the service time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 KRW per hour (60,000 KRW per hour for 14-seater vehicles) will be charged. Please pay this fee to the driver on-site.
An additional service fee applies to holidays. Please consult customer service for details.
