A: Tours generally proceed as scheduled during rain or snow. Cancellations only occur in cases of extreme weather (typhoons, blizzards, heavy rain warnings) that lead to official attraction closures or transportation suspension, in which case you will be notified via email and phone before departure.
Q2: Can I cancel for free if I am unable to attend last minute?
A: Cancellations due to personal reasons are not accepted within 24 hours of departure. Free cancellation is available in three cases: (1) Local medical certificate (diagnosis or medical receipt) (2) Official proof of transportation suspension (3) Official announcement of attraction closure due to weather. Refunds will be processed after verification.
Q3: Where are the meeting points in Seoul? How far are they from the subway station?
A: The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeong-dong, and Dongdaemun, all located within a 5–10 minute walk from subway station exits. Please refer to the booking page for detailed meeting addresses.

Bus seats are first come, first served in boarding order, and cannot be reserved or assigned in advance.
Pickup stops are Hongdae, Myeong-dong, and Dongdaemun in that order, so guests boarding later may have fewer seats to choose from; in particular, some seats may already be taken by the time guests board at Dongdaemun.
If you would like more seat options, we recommend boarding at Hongdae. If you have special seating needs, please let the guide know in advance and we will do our best to help based on the situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Q4: Is lunch included in the tour? How much does it cost?
A: Lunch is not included in the day tour. The tour guide will recommend local restaurants, with an average cost of approximately KRW 15,000–20,000 per person, to be paid by the guest. You are also free to choose other restaurants according to your preference; there are no mandatory requirements.
Q5: Is the tour suitable for seniors or children? Are there any age restrictions?
A: The tour is suitable for all ages, with no age restrictions. Infants under 3 years old are free of charge (no seat provided). It is recommended that seniors or those with limited mobility inform us in the remarks section in advance so we can assist in arranging front-row seats.
Q6: How can I get the tour guide's contact information before departure?
A: A departure notification email will be sent to your registered email address one day before the tour (before 6 PM Korea time), which will include a link to the departure group chat. Please be sure to join the group. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Support for assistance.
Q7: Can I reschedule if I am a NO SHOW on the day?
A: You can reschedule once. Please contact Customer Support immediately on the day of the NO SHOW. You may reschedule to the same tour within 7 days of the original departure date (only dates already confirmed to depart). A rescheduling fee of KRW 20,000 per person applies and must be paid to the tour guide on the day of the rescheduled tour.

Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended that you bring your own lunch or dine at a location recommended by the tour guide. Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced in the itinerary can be purchased at your own discretion after the tour.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be waited for. Those who are late will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be able to request order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
