- The itinerary requires a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 people
- Children under the age of 3 are free, but it does not include any ticket fees such as vehicle seats and entrance fees. Please inform us in the notes when ordering and provide supporting documents on site
- Each person is limited to one piece of 28-inch luggage. If your luggage is larger or more, please inform us when ordering
- This itinerary only includes the cost of breakfast the next day. For the rest, you can freely choose your favorite meals from the restaurant’s menu and pay on the spot or bring your own simple meals
- The accommodation rooms are all equipped with personal bathrooms and floor heating
- Please fill in your preferred language when placing an order (Chinese/Cantonese/English only)
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
In the event of force majeure such as bad weather, we reserve the right to change the itinerary for the safety of passengers.
The actual travel time may be slightly delayed due to traffic conditions on the day, please forgive me.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Passengers who arrive after departure will be deemed to have canceled the trip automatically, and the fee will not be refunded.
On the first night, there is a night tour of Yueying Bridge (70,000 won/person), and you can sign up with the tour guide by yourself
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 6 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
