Our restaurant specializes in meat dishes made with ingredients from Okinawa. Our dishes bring out the flavor of fresh ingredients, allowing you to fully enjoy the juicy taste of meat! We especially recommend our "Exquisite Hitsumabushi," which combines high-quality meat with our own sauce, broth, and condiments. Please enjoy this luxurious dish with its rich texture and flavor.
This is our most popular course, which is made with specially selected Agu pork and herb-fed chicken from Yanbaru, which is raised in a relaxed environment and fed herbs, resulting in juicy meat with little chicken odor. For the final course, we have prepared cold noodles, which are not very common as shabu-shabu. Recommended for those who want to finish off their meal in a refreshing way.
The calm interior of the restaurant has a warm, homey atmosphere. We have spacious table seats and one-sided sofa seats where you can relax. We welcome groups as well as diners during sightseeing. Please come and enjoy a relaxing time at our restaurant.
At Dinnertime, which serves specially selected Agu pork shabu-shabu as its main dish, we also offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes and seasonal sake.
