Our Wagyu beef yukke is made from our proud beef that meets strict standards, and the rich Okukuji eggs and special sauce bring out the flavor of the meat. We also offer Wagyu beef sashimi and Wagyu beef carpaccio, dishes that can only be offered at Dogori, which is committed to safety and security. Please enjoy them with fine sake.
At our restaurant, we purchase high-quality A4 and A5 rank Japanese Black beef from specialized wholesalers, purchasing whole cows at any given time, after our head chef has personally selected the best quality. Our skilled head chef butchers the meat himself. Because we take full responsibility for the entire process, from purchasing to shaping and cooking, you can enjoy delicious meat in high quality, without wasting even the rare cuts. Providing safe meat so that everyone can eat it with peace of mind is also a major priority for us.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, the following charges will be applied (the actual charges will be subject to the information provided in the voucher after booking): Please note that while there is no cancellation fee for seat-only reservations, the booking is made on the condition that you will arrive as scheduled. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, your booking may be treated as a cancellation. If you cancel multiple times, we may suspend your eligibility to use our services at our discretion.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
