1. What are the departure and return times? Where do we meet and the group disbands?
The group will meet at approximately 7:30 AM, depart at 7:50 AM, and disband around 7:00 PM.

Drop-off point: Gloucester Road Station, London SW7 4SF
(Accessible by Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines) It's three subway stops from Victoria station. Bus and taxi services are also readily available.
2. How can I contact the local tour guide's customer service before departure?
Before departure, a WeChat group will be created by customer service before 12:00 midnight local time to communicate travel details, confirm meeting time and place, and inform participants of important information. The tour guide will post sightseeing guides in the group and communicate with everyone in a timely manner to help everyone have a smooth trip in London.
3. Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off service?
This tour does not provide pick-up and drop-off services. Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time and make their own arrangements.
4. What types of vehicle types are typically used on the trip?
There are usually three types of vehicles: minivans, minibuses, and buses. (When traveling in a minivan, to ensure safety, the driver and guide focus on driving, and the explanations are slightly more concise compared to a tour guide on a bus, but it won't make the journey lonely or boring.)
5. Do I need to pay a tip to the driver/guide or for any other additional expenses?
There are no mandatory tips, no forced shopping, and no hidden costs on this tour. If you are satisfied with our tour, you may leave a small tip at your discretion.
Reminders
The bus will depart on time (including round trips and shuttles between attractions), so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early; if passengers miss the shuttle service due to lateness or other personal reasons, no further waiting will be provided and no compensation will be offered.
Anyone who is late, fails to arrive on time, or does not participate in the trip due to personal reasons will be considered to have automatically forfeited the trip. We apologize that we cannot request cancellation or refund for this reason.
