- If the spot customers want to visit is not within the designated zone or is located in more than one zone, please contact us via the email provided on the voucher.
- Customers can visit all desired attractions within the selected zone, but you cannot exceed the included time. If the provided time is insufficient, please purchase Additional Hours as needed.
- The tour time is counted from the pickup time you provided, so please make sure to be punctual.
- Once the purchase is complete, the operator will reach out to customers via email to discuss the itinerary. Please make sure to check your inbox.
- In the Itinerary field on the purchase screen, please clearly specify the places wish to visit. Example: Seoul Myeongdong Street (O), Seoul Shopping Street (X)

Validity Period

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
