Before using the ticket, you must call the Kemalan Star Hotel in Jiaoxi at (03) 988-0850 to make a reservation. You can use the cooperating store confirmation number on the voucher to redeem it on site. The more sets of tickets you order, the more trust numbers you will get on the voucher.
In case of special holidays, the ticket can only be used after paying the difference between the face value and the on-site price (including service fee). Special holidays are defined as: Chinese New Year's Eve and specific event dates announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday is based on the date announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau).
Swimming suits and swimming caps are required in outdoor public pools.
