Yakitori Higumo is a specialty yakitori restaurant in Shinshu Karuizawa. We take special pride in our preparation, with precise techniques for cutting each part of the chicken and skewering. Each skewer is carefully grilled over charcoal after you order, resulting in a plump and juicy flavor. We also recommend our fresh vegetables sourced every morning from Nagano Prefecture and our seasonal à la carte dishes. We pay particular attention to not only how to cut the chicken depending on the part of the chicken, how to grill it over charcoal, but also how to skewer it. Yakitori Higumo is a single-story restaurant with a chic and relaxed atmosphere. It has a total of 28 seats, providing a relaxing space. In addition to counter seats and table seats, it also has a fully private room that can accommodate up to 10 people. The private room is perfect for special gatherings.
