The most popular item is the "Taisho Beef Tongue," a luxurious dish that combines three types of tongue: thick-sliced, thin-sliced, and belly-off, allowing you to enjoy the different textures and flavors of each cut all at once. The trademarked "Yoichi White Rice Exclusive Kalbi" uses a Hatcho miso sauce that is rich and flavorful, and goes perfectly with white rice. Both products are masterpieces designed to make the "famous" kettle-cooked rice taste even better, so please enjoy them.
At lunchtime, you can enjoy your choice of grilled meat (9 types in total) as well as our specialty, kettle-cooked rice, making for a great value set menu. 1.
